General information:
Each return is not only associated with time and costs, but is also a further environmental burden.
Our products are made on demand. This gives you your “own” product, so to speak. This should also be considered with every order in order to avoid returns as far as possible.
Of course, all of our products contain corresponding detailed information which are displayed on the respective product pages. Especially with the clothing products, there is also a size table where you can determine and decide which size fits best. This is important and helpful so that there is no unnecessary production of articles.
Despite a three-stage quality control, it can happen in rare cases that an ordered item has been incorrectly labeled or is defective, in which case please let us know within one week of receipt of your order at: support@fairicidad.de .
Please also state the order number and ideally send a few photos of the item in question. We will resolve the case and send you a new item or refund your purchase price!
Return Policy
Any returns or issues arising from an error on our part will be processed at our expense.
However, according to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights and according to German law, no right of withdrawal can be offered for: the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or significantly personalized.
Special production
You also have the option of having the products designed and manufactured with “Persian and Arabic” writing. In addition, the production of your desired products in larger quantities is also possible.

Personalization of the products
The following points must be observed when personalizing the products by customers:
Print quality of the end product
Depending on the product, the requirements regarding material and printing process differ. For example, texts or simple graphics can be processed as embroidery on hats and caps. Photos are best suited for posters and for clothing, the best printing results can be achieved with graphics and fonts.
However, in order to achieve good print quality, the files must be in “.png” format and (especially for photos) have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. (“DPI dots per inch” – is the number of dots in a printed inch. The more dots, the higher the quality of the print i.e. sharper and with more details)
Intellectual Property Rights
The work and creative rights of others are to be respected. The content submitted to us must be either from the content owner or the rights to use, display and reuse them must exist. In addition, the content must comply with publication, trademark and copyright laws.
Illegal Content
Content that promotes hatred, is linked to violence, discrimination or intolerance (such as, but not limited to, age, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion or disability), or is illegal and/or violates intellectual property rights may be controlled at any time and be removed.
